1. LICENSE AND USE OF THE APP

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES

Kidster offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.

a) Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription
• Annual (Yearly) Subscription

b) Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Account (Google Play) at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
• If we offer a free trial, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not have access to your payment information, and any requests for refunds must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and its original content, features, design, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dmytro Syrykh and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Dmytro Syrykh, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
