We respect your privacy. Kidster does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal data to use the App. We do not use third-party analytics trackers to monitor your usage within the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect information in the following specific scenario:

a) Customer Support Inquiries

When you contact our support team (e.g., via email), you may choose to include diagnostic information in your message to help us resolve your issue. This diagnostic data is pre-populated in the support email template and includes:

• Basic device information (e.g., device model, OS version).
• RevenueCat App User ID (UUID) used exclusively to verify your premium subscription status.

You have full control over this data and can delete it from the email body before sending it to us.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Kidster integrates with trusted third-party service providers solely to enable core app functionality:

• RevenueCat: Used for in-app purchase and subscription validation. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous App User ID to verify subscription receipt status. Please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: In-app purchases are processed directly by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We never receive or store your credit card or billing details.

4. USE OF INFORMATION

Any information received through support inquiries is used exclusively to:

• Diagnose technical issues and respond to your requests.
• Verify premium subscription entitlements.
• Improve app stability and user experience.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA / GDPR-K COMPLIANCE)

Kidster is designed for young children and toddlers. We take children's privacy extremely seriously. We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). All app content is strictly educational and non-behavioral. All links to external content or support are placed behind a parent gate.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain customer support emails only for as long as necessary to resolve your request and maintain communication history. You may request the deletion of your support correspondence at any time by emailing us.

We employ reasonable and appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect any data we process. However, please note that no transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure.

Apple App Store:

• This App complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We do not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites.

Google Play Store:
